USA TODAY: Women own an average of 21 pairs of underwear, and many say an ill-fitting or ugly pair can ruin their day, a new survey shows.

"We know that bad hair days can affect women's moods, but who knew that bad underwear days could also ruin their day," says Lisa Lee Freeman, editor in chief of ShopSmart magazine, from the publisher of Consumer Reports. Their research center conducted a telephone survey of 1,008 women 18 and older about intimate apparel.

Almost half of women (47%) say they feel sexier and more confident wearing a nice or special pair of panties. "The first thing we put on in the morning does make a difference in our day," Freeman says

Among the findings reported in the January issue (www.shopsmartmag.org):
•27% say their mood is affected by wearing an ill-fitting or unattractive pair of undies.
•10% of women own 35 or more pairs.
•65% buy neural colors, with white being the most popular, followed by black and beige.
•Overall, 46% of women say briefs are the style they wear the most often. But women age 18-34 are more likely to wear the bikini style.
•56% of women fold their panties; 27% just toss them in the drawer.
•1 in 10 women admit that they will venture out of the house without underwear.
•Half of women have complaints about the way their underwear fit, with "wedgies" (30%) topping that list, followed by "doesn't lay flat under clothes" (19%) and "not enough coverage in the rear" (14%).

Here is the deal, every guy likes something different when it comes to underwear. He for instance likes a nice variety. A mix and match, keep He guessing. Other guys might like other things. But at the end of the day, you should feel f*cking hot when you put underwear on shouldn't you? Whether or not someone sees it. He knows for a fact every guy has a pair of underwear, his "go to" pair or it might be multiple pairs, that he knows are money. You ladies definitely have the same thing.

Dear He, Ever since you left that simple little comment on my equally simple little blog, I've been just enamored with yours...and while a lot of subject matter you present I have already encountered and indeed embrace (sweatpants Need to be worn with High heels), it's just lovely how you write, and I love the boy-take on everything. Basically girls should wear high, high heels, and hot dresses, shorts, and black tights. Bra's are optional. But I have a question that's been bothering me for a while...How can I wear grunge-y flannels without looking too...grunge? I'm a Minnesotan Girl, and it's Hella cold here...I tend to snitch flannels from my brother and boyfriend, but I have gone out and actually purchased some of my own (and actually gave a couple pilfered shirts back to their rightful owners). Being that the much-below-freezing temps prevents any bare skin from actually showing 70% of the time, I need ideas on how a girl should wear flannel in a sexy, hot way. My style tends to veer more into the grungy, hippie, pirate, with classics and touches of glam (I pretty much created this style naturally...also because I could never go all "Blair Waldorf" all the time and actually Do my hair in the morning. I have me some wild, long, wavy auburn locks.) But I digress...do you have any ideas, oh wise He? Yours truly, Elle B.

These are the Worst Colored Tight Ever!

On Friday He did a post about colored tights, but there is one color tight that makes He more angry then any other. White Tights! Typically we see more white tights during the winter then any other season and there has never been an instance when He thought they looked good. White tights make women's legs look pale and gross. Textured white tights do nothing for He either. White tights are probably one of the most He-repelling items a women can wear during the winter. UGGS are bad don't get He wrong, but white tights give He the creeps.

Girl 1: Or should He say, Model 1, super tall, black leggings, little flap over bottle heels. Nothing too high, but this chick was seriously tall. He is a tall guy, but this chick had even He beat. There was like a floral flowing dress underneath. Bright red jacket and a small shoulder bag. Model 1 got He's attention, but not sure everyone else was looking. Hair up.
Girl 2: AKA Model 2, brought her freakin game out today. Again, Hair up and we got the short red jacket, black leggings. To stay warm Model 2 had on a HUGE scarf, like it was probably enough scarf material for 2-3 people, but somehow it worked. For a tall chick to strap on a high pair of wedges, you instantly get He's attention and Approval.

Well Sarah, Thanks for the email. First off you didn't ruin He's day in fact you made it 100x better. Anytime someone joins the War on UGGS, He smiles a little bit bigger. The fact that the ArmHe has 8th grade members means that Fashion by He is reaching the youth of this world young enough to shape their little minds. Hopefully by the time these young ArmHe members grow up they will shape the fashion world under He's rule.

For everyone and anyone who happens to come across this blog, and for the many others idolizing He for the invention of Jeggings...Let's all get on the same page right now, as great and amazing as He, and yes He is the King of Fashion, so therefore all ideas invented under the leadership of He, are technically He's ideas anyway. HE DID NOT INVENT JEGGINGS. HE has only ever had one really awesome ideas as good as good as Jeggings, you can read about it here. Yes He is brilliant and should have thought of inventing Jeggings, but sadly He did not. Not sure why so many people think He actually invented jeggings, but they do. Pretty sure if He had invented jeggings, He would be sitting on a beach right now surrounding by hot girls in jeggings, not blogging every day trying to take over the world. Does Anyone Actually Wear a Thong Bodysuit?

We have been seeing these non stop ads by American Apparel for their thong bodysuits. So here is the question He has long been wanting to know. Does anyone actually buy and or wear these thong bodysuits? He is a HUGE bodysuit fan, very sexy item. Just not sure if when He sees a bodysuit if its a thong version or a regular style, obviously the thong version would seem hotter in He's head. But is a thong body suit even realistic or is AA just wasting time with these? He needs to put this to a vote, are the ladies of the ArmHe actually wearing thong bodysuits or just regular bodysuits.
